Our Founder – James Brock
James Brock brings over 30 years of combined experience in leadership, project management, cryptology, and training development to BMT Consulting LLC. He is a highly respected leader and trainer with a proven track record of success in both the U.S. Navy and the private sector.
After serving over 20 years in the Navy, retiring as a Cryptologic Technician Technical CTTC(AW) and Operations Chief onboard the USS Saipan (managing 115 Sailors), James transitioned his skills to the corporate world. As a project team lead at Leidos, he currently develops training plans for the Navy. James’s experience also includes his pioneering role as an original member of the Tactical Cryptologic Support team, providing vital intelligence support to Naval Special Warfare Operations. He holds a BS in Business Management and a master’s in management from the University of Phoenix. James is a CompTIA Security+ certified professional, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the PMI, Google PM, and, critically, an RMC Certified Instructor and an RMC Certified Training Partner, demonstrating his commitment to providing the highest quality training available.
His extensive experience, combined with his formal education and certifications, makes him uniquely qualified to deliver exceptional Project Management and Business training solutions to Military, Federal, and State organizations.
